BrianSez's Review

Summary - Great 4.0

In this “Office Space” with a psycho-drama undercurrent, Christian Slater is perfectly cast as the nervous, inward-facing, quirky quiet man. The cinematography is noteworthy in how it protrays life on planet Bob — the voices, visions, and perspective — even down to the smudge that seems ever-present on his overly large eyeglasses. Every one of us probably can identify with Bob just a little bit? Elisha Cuthbert, both the victim and the heroine has an energetic presence that believably draws Bob out in to the realm of getting a spine and really living life. William Macy is also cast very well as the disingenuous boss-nemesis. Complete with an unexpected ending, this film keeps you engaged and thinking…
