Summary - Really Great 4.5
This movie is the best period film I have ever seen. A truly great ensemble cast with steller performances all around. Dangerous Liasons is an emotional roller coaster that never apologizes for itself. Intelligent, witty, & down right mean at times, if you never considered watching a movie like this in your life, let this one be your first.

Ok, here is the main flaw of the movie. I don't know how they managed to think Keanu Reeves would be good in a movie like this. Painful to watch at times when he's on screen.Film - Perfect 5.0
Truly great. Amazing script. The score added perfectly to every scene. And the direction was right on. I felt Frears knew what he wanted on every take and pretty much how to get it.

Although this movie may appear tame these days, I feel that the movie provides more than it’s fair share of edginess with its use of sex.
