BrianSez's Review

Summary - Very Good 3.5

An entertaining romantic mystery/comedy centered around Dad (Ryan Reynolds) telling stories of past romances to his daugher (Abigail Breslin) in order for her to guess which one is her mom. Abigain is perfect in these cute, smart, and worldly little girl roles. I especially loved how they would come back from a flashback and you would find yourself having forgotten that a little girl was there and she’d end up saying something very funny. Ryan Reynolds is entirely believable as the great dad with more than his fair share of women troubles in his past. The stories were both funny and light hearted, which made the movie very enjoyable and good for a more than a few laughs — and admittedly, a little lump in the throat at the end.
