Don’t waste your time. I’m not sure this is even worthy of rental status. I found myself checking my watch hoping that it would end. Usually I can wade through a bad movie with the hopes of a satisfactory ending. That was not the case for this movie. Which was a good thing I guess, considering the ending.

I guess the acting was ok. It’s Vin Diesel, need I say more.

Normaly I would talk about the director, but when he even expressed his disappointment in the film, why even bother. (Of course I read that after I had already seen the film) I will mention one of my pet peeves though. I hate when you have actors that can fight (Yeoh) or physically able actors (Diesel) and a director insists on using shaky camera shots combined with close-ups. It makes me feel ripped off. Like the film makers didn't take the time to choreograph the scenes properly. Call me crazy, but I like to see what's going on. Needless to say, that's what you get in this movie.

Ok, there's one scene that really did it for me. It had Blade Runner written all over it. Although I think the visuals could probably be considered the strong point of the film...This scene I really enjoyed.
