Summary - Very Good 3.5

I started this movie expecting it to be lousy, but came away surprised at how much I enjoyed it. The cast is stellar, and inclues Seann William Scott, Johnny Knoxville, Jessica Simpson, Burt Reynolds, and Willie Nelson. If you’re looking for a mindless movie that’s good for some laughs, then kick back to this well-done movie adaptation.

Acting - Great 4.0

The cast is great, with Scott and Knoxville playing the cantankerous Dukes duo extremely well. Jessica Simpson is absolutely breath-taking as Daisy Duke (be sure not to blink during her bikini scenes), and even the lesser characters support their roles well.

Film - Good 3.0

I want to get the soundtrack, the dialogue was funny though nothing too overly special.

Edge - Risqué 2.4

Yay for Jessica Simpson, the sorority girls "living their natural lifestyles," and there are other definite references throughout the movie. There's some rudeness, that's for sure.

Reality - Glib 1.3
