Summary - Good 3.0
I loved the concept: A beligerant drunken superhero, and with Will Smith at the helm, there was plenty of LOL moments through much of the film. The second half, albeit with a great twist and good charicter play, gets a little too serious and I feel made the film less fun to watch, but nonetheless enjoyable.
Acting - Very Good 3.5
The trio of Will Smith, Jason Bateman, and Charlese Theron were a very good fit for this film Will’s classic humor style, Bateman’s saarcasm and Theron’s versatility could do no wrong — but were limited by the writing itself.
