Summary - Great 4.0

Terrific Western: Howard Hawks behind the camera, John Wayne in front. Also the movie in which Dean Martin proved he could act, even if he was playing his typecast role of drunkard.

Acting - Really Great 4.5

Not just Wayne and Deano, also Walter Brennan (who makes any Western fan smile as soon as he utters a line) and the superhot (back in the day) Angie Dickinson.

Film - Great 4.0

Edge - Tame 1.5

Reality - Glib 1.5
