BrianSez's Review

Summary - Good 3.0

This scattered comedy about non-sensical espionage engages a world-class cast that keeps you entertained and chuckling, but as Wick points out – never gets you to a full LOL.

Acting - Very Good 3.5

Loved Malkovich and his poignant use of dramatic flair and maintaining a straight-face and seriousness all the while you just know it is hard work. Pitt and McDormand make a good pair of plebian gym workers who try to make some money from Malkovich’s memoirs. Clooney is, well, perfect Clooney with his almost juvenile swagger.

Film - Good 3.0

I was torn between calling this Ok, but in the end, I did feel the blend of cast, story, and dialog to be very consistently entertaining. I didn’t once think about ejecting the DVD early.
