One of the best movies from my childhood. I can watch this one over and over again and never get bored. This film was based off one of the funniest children sketches ever and spawned one of my favorite movie quotes, “Welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger, can I take your order?” Yes, Ed, yes you may. You can take my order anyday. lol That rhymed!
Speaking of quotes, I could basically quote this whole movie. The dialogue is just roaming all over my brain, from "Can you get me to a hospital, I think I broke my ass!‘’ to "LOOK!! I’m Grape Nose Boy!!" While this movie isn’t a cinematic masterpiece, its still a fun movie for kids and teens. Its also a blast from the past for kids who grew up on a childhood being addicted to programming.
So, if you’re a fan of classic Nick, or are just a kid lookin’ for a good laugh, check out Good Burger, or else….YOU’LL GO IN THE GRINDER!!!!
The acting is pretty mediocre, but I will give Kenan and Kel some props, they are both very funny. There are also some surprise cameos, including Shaquille O’neal and funkster George Clinton. And for those wondering…Yes, that is Abe Vigoda by the fryers.
The score is hilarious and fits the scene that it’s in. The dialogue is hilarious, even for a teen’s movie. The direction is OK but nothing to talk aout.
