Summary -
Perfect
5.0
I really don’t enjoy marking movies as perfect, because I feel like I put no thought into the review. For Pan’s Labyrinth, I must. This movie is just amazing to watch. The visuals are very rich, something that can only be accomplished by Guillermo del Toro. The tone is very dark and depressing, which can be a let down for some people. This is not a movie you can only watch once.

[SPOILER ALERT]
Although the movie looks very fantasy-like, we find out in the end, it was all in her head. A lot of kids exposed to such violence need a place to go, so they imagine a whole new world.
