I remember seeing this trailer and promising myself I’d never see it… until I got dragged to it by a bunch of overly obsessed girls. So, yes, I saw it. Everyone in the theater was a teen aged girl excited to finally see the movie, and I’m sure each and every one of them was majorly let down. To start, it was very boring. The story wasn’t engaging at all, and most of it was too hard to follow. The song “Fame”, featured in the trailer for the movie, was the one thing I was most excited for, but they only played it in the credits. Also, they didn’t even show any dancing or singing, only drama beween the extemely undeveloped characters. After seeing the movie, my friends who were very excited, started freaking out over how bad it was. Some words of wisdom- stick with the original.
The acting is just your typical teenage drama show.
The whole movie felt like a big joke. It felt way too much like “Dance Flick”, and I gotta say, that was better quality than Fame.
A bit sexual for a PG-13 movie
Pretty unrealistic
