This Jim Carrey classic is a must see. Carrey takes his hallmark slapstick style to the extreme as a lawyer trying to deal with the fact that he cannot tell a lie. Outlandish behavior and outright siliness is the glue that binds together an otherwise deeper tale of a dad who really wants to do the right thing. Tons of LOL moments in a mostly family friendly film (tweens and older anyway).
Jim Carrey’s classic style in full force. Need I say more? Maura Tierney has an understated role, but decent.
Just focus the camera on Jim and follow him. Not much more to the formula really.
