Snoodle's Review
Summary -
Perfect
5.0
Amazing movie, controversially lost the Best Picture Oscar to ‘Crash’ (another fine movie.) The torrid love story of two cowboys, we follow Ennis and Jack down a path of love, apprehension, confusion, and passionate anger. You will not find a happy ending here, I highly recommend you bring tissues. I defy you not to tear up at the end of this movie.

They're cowboys in the sixties, the language is rather crude. Some allusions to sex, one short scene of very crude talk about women, and frequent swearing.

Very natural. If they’d have said it was based on a true story I wouldn’t have thought twice. (Though it is based on a short work of fiction.)
