Snoodle's Review

Summary - Very Good 3.5

First of all! This movie is rated NC-17 for a reason. It is the story of people who find car crashes and related scars (etc.) erotic and goes very little time between encounters. That being said, it’s actually a very interesting look at the human psyche and what we’re capable of coping with. We focus on James Spader’s character, who is traumatized by a recent car accident and through this, finds this specialized group of people.

Acting - Great 4.0

A younger James Spader gives a very good performance as our main character. The expressive eyes of his come into play very nicely to convey his character’s paranoia, lust, and ultimately, love.
