Matt Damon is the new Million Dollar Man – techno-augmented savior of the downtrodden earthbound people as the oppressive rich benefit from technology in the skies above. Is this a socialist propaganda film or a sci fi movie? Perhaps both. In any case, the result entertains in big-action-sequence style, even though Jodi Foster isn’t a very believable bad-gal.
