Summary - OK 2.5

Try as they might, most of these mythology recreation movies fail to really grip with the storytelling, and instead fall back on swordplay and gore. And Hercules had potential. A great story about the son of Zeus’ dramatic entrance to the world and fighting for whats right. Unfortunately, it all became a ho-hum blur of fighting action scenes and corny portrayals of greek gods.
