Summary - Really Great 4.5
I’ve done some crazy stuff in my younger years, including hang gliding, but these guys have the biggest ‘cohones’ that I’ve ever seen. Making plans to step off a cliff, zoom past a rapidly approaching hillside, and judging when to pull the chute. An amazing thing to see. In Birdmen, you’ll learn the history of the sport, about the early pioneers, and thanks to go-pros, you will see some amazing footage of flights. I can’t stress that enough – this is some amazing footage. If I was young and full of risk-taking vigor again, I just might get hooked myself.

An amazing set of individuals get in to this sport. None of them crazy. All calculated, calm, yet in to the pure joy of it.

You can’t beat the flight footage in this film. Regarding the interviews, a little dry, but you mostly don’t care about that.
