Summary - OK 2.5
Deliver Us from Evil should have been “Deliver us from this theater”…….. Ok, that was a bit too harsh. The movie was Ok, but if you are expecting any kind of top notch horror, well, don’t hold your breath. Without any understandable explanation behind why some marines turned creepy and infected other new creeps, all you are left with is a few ‘everything gets quiet so something bad is going to happen’ moments. Even those weren’t of a ‘holy crap’ status, so, meh.
Acting - Good 3.0
Eric Bana and Edgar Ramirez were actually good in this film. They didn’t have much to work with, but given the right script, these two have a lot to offer.
