What’s not to love about seeing 3 greats like Pacino, Walken, and Arkin together in a farcical crime comedy? “Old Guys Rule” as the saying goes, and it sure was fun to see them strut their stuff around the ladies in their lives. And take note: the story stays true to old guy visions of themselves impressing young women, whether it needs to be chemically enhanced or not. As Wick points out in his review, it is almost a parody of their own film careers, but I didn’t pick up on that until thinking about it for a while; but the result was plenty of laughs and a feeling of warm respect for 3 of the best dudes in film.
