Summary - Very Good 3.5
Marvel got back into my good graces with Ant Man. Finally a straight-forward hero story with some cool Marvel powers to make it all work. Yellowjacket was a decent but not inspiring foe – but the action and graphics were really great and the movie was a fun experience overall.
Acting - Very Good 3.5
Paul Rudd did a fine job – but I found myself wanting a bit more dry humor, as one is want to expect from him. Michael Douglas brought his star power as the aging scientist. My pick is Corey Stoll – even if his character wasn’t exactly inspiring. He did the best with what he had.
