BrianSez's Review

Summary - Very Good 3.5

A recounting of Alan Turing’s Nazi code breaking in WWII Britain. About as exciting as a math-geek story can get, but it certainly took advantage of period-piece set dramatics, Turing’s unique personality, and true spook life story. The character development was great, enhanced by flashbacks to Turing’s school-days.

Acting - Great 4.0

Benedict Cumberbatch (is that a perfect English name or what?) who plays Turing is quite intense and thorough in character. Keira Knightley a nice addition, and the in-romantic romance added a lot of flavor to the story
