BrianSez's Review

Summary - Great 4.0

This nearly 4 hour epic was slow moving at times, but classic New York gangster awesomeness at others. Follow a group of wayward boys in the Jewish neighborhoods in the lower east side as they gel as a long standing gang. This review of gang life from the 20’s until the 60’s is comprehensive and takes character development to a new level. Wonderful acting from De Niro, James Wood, Elizabeth McGovern and Tuesday weld. It was worth the 4 hours.
