Summary - Very Good 3.5
The film is more worried about being cool than plot or characters but it works for what it is. Probably would be better if viewed while intocicated.
Acting - Good 3.0
Some good performances, some bad, some annoying on purpose. Its a very mixed bag although enough actors have cult appeal (Dennis Hopper, Joel Stummer, Grace Jones, Jim Jarmusch) that its not a big deal.

Very low budget look that gives the impresion the film was made quickly on the cheap. But it mostly works.

Some violence, some scenes of a sexual nature, no harsh language.
