There isn’t a middle-aged man out there who couldn’t help but identify with Billy Crystal’s middle-aged crisis. Add in hilarious sarcasm and a crew of city-dwellers trying to be cowboys, and you’ve got a funny movie. I loved Jack Palance as the leathery old cowboy-boss. Unfortunately for me, the movie seemed to drag on and move a bit too slowly after the strong start, and the bursts of slap-stick humor were a bit campy for my taste.
